| Schools baulk at funds disclosure |
| PRIVATE schools have warned that forcing them to be more transparent about their finances and results could lead to "ideological bullying", fearful parents and communities, and political agendas. From next year, all schools will be required to publicly disclose information about their fees, resources and results as a condition of billions of dollars in federal funding. |

Welcome to the State ExecutiveThe Victorian Parents Council is managed by a voluntary committee of management called the State Executive. The operations of the Council are performed by two paid officers, the Executive Officer and the Administration Officer. The State Executive are dedicated volunteers from member schools who manage Council direction and governance and are elected once a year at the AGM. Members are encouraged to attend open meetings of the Council once a term and bring forward concerns and issues. For details of these meetings, visit meeting dates.
